We used Nathalie Mullinix's Realty Universal services twice. In 2016, we paid a flat fee when selling our home. We had an offer within 2 weeks! About two weeks ago, we engaged her company again for a "for rent by owner" listing. Nathalie and her staff were amazing! During the initial call, she walked me through everything we needed to do and sign and how information would come to us.
