So our process was a bit different than most when it came to refinance our home. We had just refinanced with village capital and had to wait 120 + 30 days to do our loan. But regardless of that my team at Lending 3 was great from start to finish and quick when they could be. Eliza and Joe out of Meralnd office really where there to answer all my questions and calm my nerves through this ordeal. I got what I wanted for the most part and can't do anything about the home appraisal, but none the less. Great team. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

Lending3 was fast, least amount of paperwork for the refinance of our house with a VA loan. They gave us a very competitive rate, especially as our FICO scores were on the low side of average. We ould reccomend them to anyone looking for a VA refinance or purchase.
