I’ve been living here for almost 4 years now and honestly, I love it. We actually liked the vibe so much that we recently upgraded to a bigger unit, and Ella made the whole transfer process super easy and stress-free. It’s been an amazing place to call home for the long haul! The only things I’d love to see improved are the pest control and quiet hours. We usually end up doing a little extra spraying ourselves between their scheduled visits just to be safe, and it would be great if they were a bit more firm on the quiet hours. But even with those small things, the pros definitely outweigh the cons. If you're looking for a solid spot to live, I highly recommend it!

Management is unprofessional, careless, and completely incompetent. They openly discuss residents’ private information with other residents, which is a serious violation of privacy and completely unacceptable. No one should feel that their personal business is being shared around the community by staff. I also witnessed management make a pricing error on a neighbor’s apartment and then force her to honor their mistake instead of correcting it. That alone shows how little accountability they take and how willing they are to mistreat residents. Maintenance is terrible. Roaches are a real issue, and soundproofing is practically nonexistent—you can hear everything from neighboring apartments. Complaints are routinely ignored, and management never follows through or takes concerns seriously. I

I've been a resident here for 1 year and can say its been a pleasant stay thus far. I have 2 small dogs and walk them every day in the area. Pros: Office staff... amazing. Always greeting me & my dogs with a smile and theyre accommodating. Maintenance.. yep.. them too! Service calls are promptly taken care of. Speed and efficiency. VERY LARGE BALCONY! Cons: Pool hours 10a to 8p Some residents dont care to clean up after their dogs. I feel they should have some sort of Pet DNA or 💩 prints to hold the residents accountable when not picking up their dogs turd! Fees. If you have renters insurance & dont upload documents to their portal showing insurance has not lapse, you'll be charged a fee monthly. No notification sent to renters that its time to send updated documents. Fees stick regardle

I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. The upstairs neighbor is consistently making noise at all hours of the night/day. Ontop of that he has brought roaches into my apartment, they are coming from his unit and it’s baby roaches which means an infestation. Do not move here. I will be breaking my lease as soon as I’m able to.

I was happy with the experience with the maintenance men. They were quick and efficient fixing the leak in my storage closet. It was caused by the upstairs water heater. They were over early when I called Monday morning, and it was completed within an hour or so. Pro tip - only store items in plastic totes for keeping safe from water problems. :)
