Our 18-month experience building our first home with McSpaden's team was exceptional ! Their professionalism, transparency, and efficiency were evident at every stage. A special thanks to Mr. McSpaden for his personal leadership, which made the complex process feel seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend them to any homeowner, whether it's your first project or my next. This is a team you can trust for outstanding results.

Watching for the past three years. Same vanilla houses going up. This construction company doesn't care about the existing community. We have been without water without notice, also constructions noises going well into the night (10pm). Workers staying in the framed houses and having a pot party. I'm surprised anyone would buy these copy paste in a neighborhood that doesn't want y'all here.

My husband and I cannot say enough about McSpadden Homes! BTW - we found them in Houzz where they had great reviews as well. As soon as we met Doug and his team they felt like family! Coming from Long Island, we are used to the 'NY minute' mentality and Doug was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and along with his continual encouragement and support throughout the process, he put our minds at ease. Jason our project leader, was also fantastic! Extremely responsive (and just a nice guy), he always made sure our orders/deliveries and trades were kept on schedule (despite COVID delays). So much so, our house was completed a few weeks earlier than expected! Ketta, was extremely helpful (and patient) in helping us to pick out tile, flooring, paint colors, etc. Her

I had a great experience working with Donna at McSpadden Homes as a vendor for their construction site waste. Donna’s communication was clear and concise; she responds quickly and helped me understand where the container needed to go and even sent me photos. I have enjoyed working with her so far! Based on this, I can imagine homeowners would have a wonderful experience working with their lovely staff as well and would highly recommend the McSpadden team for home building and home improvement projects!

Gave a call on Thursday. I believe it was.(might have been Wednesday)I introduced myself and was met with a very off-putting response from the female whom answered the phone. She immediately responded with "we dont take solicitation calls, before I had a moment to realize she thought I was calling for solicitations of some kinds,or what she was talking about, she rudely told me not to call back. Still caught off guard all I could say was okay, in a very confused tone. I think it was extremely unprofessional to make an assumption that my call wasn't business related and more unprofessional, to not even inquire as to the nature of my call. I never got a chance to ask any questions or speak with anyone about my project. I am giving two stars due to the fact that all I have is a single conve
