Adrian and Deborah are wonderful to work with. We have worked with them three different times now: two for purchases and one for a refinance (they even reached out to let me know rates would be favorable for me to do so!). Adrian is always quick to respond and is very knowledgeable. Deborah handles most of the conversation and data collection and is very professional yet personable & caring. (Key note: I didn't speak to the lender directly even one time & the lender pays them instead of you.) I love this duo and anytime in the future we have home buying or refinancing needs, we will use Capital South Funding - no question. Highly recommended. You'll even get birthday and holiday cards at times. =)

This is the best mortgage company we have ever had! They provide very low rates. I shopped them around first and they beat all the competition. They are friendly and down to earth. I would highly recommend.

Adrian and Deborah are such a great duo - no wonder they're married. Adrian was very quick in getting my mortgage process started, being both down to earth and thorough in explaining things to me (a first-time buyer). Deborah took over after the initial stages and was a real pleasure to work with. During several times where we almost didn't end up with the house due to an appraisal issue, Deborah was both encouraging and on our side, while still being the perfect amount of realistic and making sure we were informed about the next steps in the process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will surely recommend them AND use them again next time!
