Don’t waste your time because for the same money you can definitely live in a better place. I’ve lived here for six years and I can tell you they don’t care about taking care of the apartments they just care about the money you pay monthly. I’ve put in multiple tickets for repairs that went unanswered and I swear they are paying off the local code enforcement because despite reports nothing has been done. I have water damage on the ceiling of my unit and by the ac unit due to their lack of up keep (pictures included). I’ve also had my car illegally towed by them! Have I been the perfect tenant? Probably not but nobody deserves to live like this! Protect yourself and don’t move here!

If you're looking for an outdated and dirty place to live Welcome to Hamiltons Bay Condominiums! The property manager will change the terms of your contract at anytime. Spiders, dirt and coach roaches everywhere because they do not practice pest control They're all related to each other so there's no accountability. The water bill have more than doubled in the 3 years I've been here. It's now over $200/month! They decided to start charging a variable rate for the dumpster even though our contract says it's included. The only thing they've improved on is the office area. They repaved their driveway and ours got spray painted. The property looks like it's low-income housing. Peeling paint, dirt, pot holes, etc. They said they were painting the exteriors in 2020. RENTERS BEWARE!!! "Has pool" Is a reach of a statement for this property. Most of the summer the pool was closed, and even when it was open the kids pool was shut down, looked green, and was absolutely disgusting. The office does not respond to your requests and there is a kid named Christian who works there who will absolutely lie straight to your face. For instance a few years ago the mail boxes were changed out and new mail boxes installed. After this my key would no longer work. I went to the office on multiple occasions and talked to this kid Christian. He told me each time that he would open a ticket to have it taken care of and even offered to personally cut the key themselves if need be. Do not rent here! Management and maintenance at this complex are beyond incompetent. The pool is never open and cleaned when it is supposed to be, maintenance tickets will go completely unanswered, tree service is hardly ever done and multiple cars were damaged by fallen trees and limbs this year, the appliances and interiors are massively out of date compared to pretty much everywhere else you could choose, the rent constantly fluctuates depending on how much they charge you for water which is calculated by some means of voodoo magic every month, and on a personal level I find the staff very dishonest towards the tenants.

Hamiltons Bay has been our home the last couple of years and we absolutely Loved it! Arra and Christian are wonderful people and it was a pleasure to work with them.
