The View at Prescott Valley

Kim, Brittany and Jimmy have been amazing over the 4 months I’ve been at The View. They’ve been accommodating, friendly and professional throughout my stay and handled any issue I had promptly. They made the experience better and I’m grateful. I’ll miss them when I leave.

The View used to be a hotel that was repurposed into apartments: the sizes are different , sheets, comforters, and pillows are provided as well as some pots and pans and cooking utensils. The stove top is induction, no oven, but has a microwave and enough storage cabinets, there is a large bathroom with tub and shower and a provided shower curtain. Hot water is always available, Each room has a closet and a dresser along with a kitchen table of sorts that is on wheels, two nightstands, and two lamps at least in my apartment. Google them to see the available apartments, floor plans and their costs.There is a pool - though not heated - and a hot tub. There is on-property parking provided unless you have two cars. In which case the second car must park on the street, as must any guests.The

Tried to pay rent multiple ways. They came along with police to the door on the day rent was due and gave me THREE HOURS to remove my belongings. I was forced to leave hundreds of dollars of my property, area rugs, necessary items like my contacts behind. DO NOT RECOMMEND. edit: In the days prior, my dad and I tried multiple ways to pay rent. Lived here for a year. Its a great place, friendly staff, easy month to month lease cheap deposit. Fully furnished ready to go for a quick move in.

Came across this gem for a short term lease and it was the perfect location just outside of Prescott on the main highway. We had a room with a view and it never got old watching the sunset or the monsoons. Thank you to Georgette for her hospitality and great communication.
