The View at Mill Run

I recently moved into this community, and I truly love my apartment! The space is beautiful, well-maintained, and the amenities are absolutely amazing. From the overall atmosphere to the convenience of everything offered here, it has exceeded my expectations. On move-in day, I realized the initial apartment I selected wasn’t the best fit for me personally. I brought my concerns to Katrina, and she immediately listened with care and professionalism. She involved her property manager, Ashley, and together they were incredibly responsive and solution-oriented. The very same day, they worked with me to select another apartment that better suited my needs. Their willingness to accommodate me and ensure I was completely happy truly stood out. I have lived here for a couple of years and I have nothing but great things to say about this property. From the leasing staff, the Property Managers and the Service team, everyone is so professional and a pleasure to work with. We just had this storm come pass and I can't say how amazing the guys have worked so hard to keep the property safe and secure during and after the storm. The property streets are clean and the sidewalks are walkable. I appreciate everyone who helped make that happen. I also want to acknowledge that staff staying in communication with the residents during that time. They always have great communication. I love this place and I'm sure you will too!

I lived at this apartment over 2 years and then later relocated to my new home in Texas. The location of this apartments is amazing and pretty scenic if you live on top floor. The maintenance call responds quickly and addresses issue in very short time. Overall it is very peaceful and relaxing to live in this apartment which also has the secured garage parking.

The View has gone thru a lot of changes in the past 7 years and they've all been positive... Every place could use an update and necessary changes. Our unit has been a place of quietness and the new manager this year, 2026, has really shown professionalism, proactive and dedicated sincerety to the needs of its tenants while providing an approachable management staff. Associate Manager Mr. William has been an asset to The View and should be commended for his diligence on providing excellent customer service, now being given a supported staff. Thank you all...
