The View Apartments & Townhomes

Mark and Tina have been an absolute blessing to work with! Making this move feel like I’m finally home. I felt very safe and welcomed. Very sweet people who make the moving process so much smoother, less stressful & more understanding! If I could give 10 stars I would. I really hope they get the recognition that they deserve. They answered every question I had and more- I appreciate their thorough responses. Thank you for making me and my family feel at home!

The View is a great place to live! This is a prime location in Portage and is well maintained. The property management team have been very helpful all throughout our time here. We’ve worked mostly with Graham, Michael, and Mark and they’ve been great. The maintenance team, Michael, Christian, and Ezekiel are very nice and trustworthy as well. They’ve repaired all our requests in a timely manner.

We toured the View with Tina and also spoke with Mark during the application process. They were both very kind, helpful, and answered all of our questions! Although we have not yet moved into the View, we were very impressed with the staff and the 2BR townhome that we toured. We would definitely recommend the view to anyone interested.

As a current resident at The View Apartments & Townhomes, I can’t say enough great things about the maintenance team, especially Ezekiel, Christian and Mike! They are incredibly prompt, professional, and always friendly, and they consistently fix issues right the first time. Their dedication and positive attitude truly make a difference and make living here an even better experience.

Love , love, love the maintenance staff! Christain came in today with two other lovely gentleman and they got my heat working back up and properly within seconds! Always have good conversations & make me laugh! They come to do a job and do it with such a nice attitude. Would pick to have these guys come back any time I have issues. 10/10
