Woodland Valley Apartments

Scott is a very efficient maintenance person. His attention to detail is very much appreciated. He promptly responds to requests. I never need to worry about something be done in the most efficient way if Scott is on the job. Besides his ability to handle any issue, his personality is also greatly appreciated; always with a smile. I would highly recommend Scott for any recognition that would apply to his profession or personality.

My husband and I had been looking for a place to rent for our family and we looked at about 6 different places around the Portage area. While the apartments are nice and meet the needs of our family, our biggest deciding factor for choosing Woodland Valley apartments was from our tour with Graham. Graham really made us feel welcomed and he was great with our boys. He was very hospitable and he set the bar high for the other apartment tours we had that day. In the end, the other apartments were okay but the staff just weren't as welcoming. Secondly, we had taken over the lease of previous renters. With a minor hiccup, we were able to move in thanks to Mark. Mark stayed about 2 hours longer than scheduled just to be able to help us with our move. He went above and beyond the job descriptio

Jessica and Scott are both absolutely wonderful to work with. I always felt taken care of and cared for while I lived at Woodland Valley. I lived there twice and if I was to move back to any apartment complex, it would definitely be here! The apartments are beautiful, but they make living there a good experience and thats hard to find at places. If you are looking for a new home, I would 100% recommend making it here!

I have nothing but good things to say about Woodland Valley Apartments and its management and maintenance. They are focused on excellence in all areas, and today demonstrated that again in replacing two faucets and a shower head at my request. They came on one of the days and the timeframe I requested and Scott and Trent did their usual efficient and thorough best to get the job done while being kind and personable. No, I’m not related to either of them. It’s just that after living here for so many years at this level of people care throughout the staff, I know I have found a home, not just an apartment. 😊

Jessica runs the property and she has been fantastic over the last year to my fiancé and myself. Also, Scott is head of maintenance out here. He always take care of an issues. Great team and great community!
