THEY CHANGED THEIR NAME SO YOU CANT SEE THE PROOF LOOK AT PICS. I had to break my lease due to mold in my closet walls All the proof is at Austin View Apartments reviews. It hasn't been fixed to this day. Honest to God. The same garbage is sitting outside that was there 6 months ago. Its a complete dump. Will effect your health. They didnt give me my deposit back either and I renovated my apartment so we'll they didnt do a thing for the girl that lives there now.

Nice place to live! The new property management is easy to work with. If there are any questions or concerns, Kate does a great job working with you. The maintenance crew is very friendly and helpful, too.

Ever since the new property management has taken over this place feels more like a home. I have never worked with anyone better than Kate, she has always been helpful with everything and responds quickly to concerns. If you are looking for a place to live, this is the one.

Private entrances for every apartment on a property of this size is awesome! I've toured so many other properties with stinky, outdated hallways. These wrap around balconies are really cool. Updated insides are very nice too!
