The View Apartments

The view is awesome!! Great amenities and wonderful pickleball court!! Renewed and can’t wait for next year!! Crystal from day 1 of signing my lease has been the sweetest.. I can always count on her! If you are debating on where to live i’m Happy Valley this is definitely the place for you!!! I can’t wait for next year

I’ve really enjoyed living at The View Apartments. The place is clean, quiet, and well taken care of. Management is responsive and maintenance gets things done quickly. Great location too. I’d definitely recommend it!

The amenities at The View are nice overall, but the gym being closed for renovations has been frustrating. I wish the timing had been planned better, like during the summer. I haven’t had any major issues with my unit, which is a plus. However, I do wish the leasing process had been more transparent. I was told to sign in March for the “best deal,” only to see better discounts offered later in May. The move in process was really smooth and the staff were very nice and helpful.

From August to now, I have loved my time at the View. The management is quick to respond with any issues, and the maintenance team is very respectful and are able to be in and out with their work. I haven’t had any issues and I love how close the property is to campus. The bus system is also very reliable. The amenities are super nice, such as the gym and pool. Excited to see what the renovated version has to offer. Specifically want to shout out Nia Savanna, one of the leasing agents and staff members at the view. They were to help guide me on where the visitor parking lot was.

I have lived at the view ever since my sophomore year. It's been super amazing to have the spaciousness of the floor layout when something like this downtown would cost a minimum of $1,000 more. I lived in a standard 3x3 unit last year, and will be living in a premium unit for the rest of this year as well as my senior year. When signing my lease for my junior year, there was some confusion but Crystal was sure to help me through and made the process a lot less stressful. The amenities are great and I'm excited to see the exciting new renovations in full effect!
