The Valley Apartments & Townhomes

I’ve honestly had a great experience living here. The apartment itself is really nice, clean, and well maintained. The amenities are amazing, especially the clubhouse and the study rooms. The study rooms are quiet and perfect for focusing, which is super important for me as a student. The staff, especially Katie, are helpful and everything feels organized and safe. The location is also very convenient. The only downside is that it’s a bit expensive, but overall I really like it and I’m happy living here.

Been living here for a month now and it is genuinely a good place to live. Amenities are pretty nice, the apartment itself is good. The maintenance crew is efficient, fast and responsive. It is quiet, calm and serene here. The CATA bus stop is right in front of The View and you get a free bus pass with the lease so that is pretty good. Some things I do not like are the AI assistant system when you call them. When I was in another country trying to get info on lease etc it was impossible to get in touch with a human. I also had an unpleasant experience during the move in day as i couldn’t reach there during office hours and they refused to accommodate. It is not easy for international students who are taking 30 hrs flight and 7 hour bus from different cities to reach office hours. But des

Been living here from August and it is a really good place to live if you want calm and quite environment. Amenities are good but it would be better if there was table tennis at the Valley. The maintenance crew is efficient, fast and responsive. I also liked the new vending machine in the gym. But there is one thing I want to add is they need to have more and better cctv, last month I had to face an issue for that as one of my order was missing.

The Valley is truly a great place to live. The apartments are spacious and state of the art. The amenities are great as well. I love the outdoor pool, pool table, and study areas. I was also matched with great roommates. The employees at the valley are especially great. Every time I have a slight issue or need help with something they drop everything and help me immediately. I couldn’t recommend living here enough!
