Getting approved and moved in was easy and pleasant. Isaak & Courtney really made it a great experience! 😊 They were so helpful answering all our questions and working hard to get us approved and moved in quickly. They were very easy to reach by phone when we had questions! And they were kind enough to get us set up with a free 50inch TV! 😍

Hello! I moved in here this past May. Since then new management have come in and are so wonderful. Just want to say "thank you!" for all you do here and for the love given us with the Christmas party. So much fun, the kid's had a blast with the food and Christmas 🎄 activities! I’m getting ready to move in, and the experience so far has been wonderful. Isaak and Courtney have been friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful with every question I’ve had. The property is clean, quiet, and very well-kept. I already feel confident that I made the right choice and look forward to calling this place home.

I am looking to move in early of 2026. I reached out about a month ago to inquire about moving to the Trials of Dickson and had the best experience from Courtney and Isaak. What has really blown my mind is that Isaak continues to reach out and check in with me. I have never seen so much dedication from landlords. They truly are quite different individuals and I can't wait to call this place home.

The office personnel Courtney and Issac are very nice and helpful. They try to help you in any way possible. The whole process was smooth, and they worked hard to get us approved, and moved in.
