Harpeth Trace Apartments

This apartment complex exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. Maintenance is prompt, the property is well kept, and the atmosphere is safe and comfortable. I’m so grateful to live here and couldn’t recommend it more.

I’ve lived here once before and enjoyed it enough to return again! It’s a sweet quiet community down in a cozy valley. I think it’s perfect for families and even people trying to live a comfortable lifestyle! Absolutely recommend!!

Management and living here is great! They always send out an email when they are doing repairs or have to turn the water off, and are always willing to communicate with you.

Me and my husband just moved here a couple of months ago and it’s perfect for us! Staff and maintenance are super nice and helpful.

A grea Community to live in! Neighbors are friendly and prices are competitive of those closer to nashville. Apartments are kept up with as well as exterior and landscaping .
