Dickson Title

I only used this company because the home we were buying was processed here on a previous sale, therefore there were a few discounts applied. I would NEVER use them again as their client services are terrible. Getting past the incredibly rude, inexperienced receptionist is VERY difficult. So if you have a question about pricing or service it's going to be a long wait. The day we went in for "signing documents" felt like we were dealing with a used car salesman with NO explanation of the documents in front of us. Look elsewhere and find a good escrow company and not a "convenient one". We waited one full year to get a small portion of the documents we signed...just awful..!!

Do not recommend this title company. Very unprofessional and made mistakes within our closing and then blamed us. Costumer service was so rude and degrading when on the phone. They made a mistake and then wanted us to fix it for them. They will also make you sign a shortage agreement! I strongly recommend going with a different title company who won’t making you sign one. Neither our realtor or lender had ever seen a shortage agreement. We lost out on our earnest money because of their error! Also would not recommend utilizing them for non in person closings because they’ve proven they can’t do them efficiently or properly.

My husband and his father have built and sold houses for Dickson title for 20 years now, I was waiting in the car while my husband bought coffee and had to use the restroom, since our car was parked in front of their building I walked in to Dickson title to use the ladies room and as I walked to the public restroom heather stopped me and asked my name and told me snooty as possible that only clients could use the bathroom , I asked her if she was serious and she said yep with a big smile. Multiple members of my family have been not just clients but assets since before she got a job working the front desk. Not that she knew that, but that’s no way to treat people, you never know who was/is a client or could be a future one. I can guarantee we won’t continue our relationship with Dickson ti
