The Park at Beasley Apartments

Since living here I’ve had absolutely zero issues out of my apartment. No bugs, or appliance issues. Living here is peaceful and quiet, clean. My lease signing process with Angelica was easy and quick. She throughly goes through everything with you, super nice and approachable with any questions or concerns. Angelica sends out reminders, and is very communicative. I’m currently resigning for a second year. I have already recommended a friend, and anyone looking for an affordable, clean, comfortable place. Living here has been a 10/10.

Absolutely love this apartment complex, very peaceful, very nice , also really good space. Haven’t seen a single spider in my apartment for the last year of living here. No bugs what so ever. Very clean, Our leasing manager Angelica is amazing also goes the extra mile for her attendants, she also is very easy to work with! It’s also very affordable living. If anyone thinks of having their first apartment or looking for an apartment here in Dickson TN, come see Angelica at Park at Beasley. She will indeed get you right!

I love living here. It is quiet and in a great location. Angelica in the office is so kind and helpful. The grounds are always clean, and the property is gorgeous.

Absolutely an awful place to live! The “manager” does not care about the tenants’ issues with not just other residents, but also problems with the apartments themselves. The second bedroom gets 50x hotter than the rest of the apartment, to the point where it’s extremely uncomfortable to be in the room, and the manager said there was nothing she can do! Not even send someone to come look at it? Other people I’ve spoken to also have this problem. There’s constantly bugs everywhere, and this started way before summer started (even in the Winter), so it’s not just a “summer issue”. Pest control came and did a very quick halfway “spray”. Most issues that are brought up to Angelica (office manager), she will be rude about it and clearly show she’s unhappy to do her job. Tons of car break-ins, he

Nice apartments, great area (central to downtown, shopping, food, etc), and the management/maintenance staff are responsive and friendly. Second year here and no major complaints so far!
