Negligent management. Snow froze over to solid ice for a week. No efforts to salt any pavement prior, during, or after snow. The main roads city were fine after 2 days, the parking lots and sidewalked here stayed frozen over until saturday (a week after the snowfall). Couldn't see parking spots. My car was sliding around, and the sidewalks were absolutely not safe. They have projects going on all year and leave the "freeze warning! Drip faucets" signs out for months on end but clearly they want us to care about their plumbing, but they cant care about our safety.

The worst apartment complex that you can rent out of, don’t do it. Management sucks they are horrible. Never fix anything in the apartment. They treat you so good when your signing your lease but then you move in and they want to get ride of you the moment you move in. It’s like they want you to leave so you can break the lease and you owe them. Don’t move here a lot of pest that they can’t control. The apartments are so small and ridiculous on the price. They tell you a price and then they charge you more every month. Bad bad experience leaving here. If I would I wouldn’t even leave one star.

TERRIBLE! like everyone else has mentioned, COCKROACH INFESTATION. they dnt have pest control as they claim they do. they have NEVER sprayed the unit we lived in. There are NEVER any parking spaces, i've have to park my vehicle in the handicap, or on lines, or just on the road. Management is horrible, have had my packages stolen MULTIPLE TIMES and management would not care to inform other residents about this missing package issue. EDIT*: COME TO FIND OUT THEIR OWN CLEANERS ARE THE ONES STEALING AND OPENING OUR PACKAGES. we went back to our old unit to pick up a package, another package was GONE, then we realized the door was open, we went in and our package was sitting there on the counter, OPEN. Lived here for three years and had problems throughout my entire experience. The place is not clean, dog poop everywhere, landscaping is a mess, management does not follow rules/guidelines or posted times for when things should be open, Lots of noise complaints but don’t do their part, and They make their own rules along the way. Never had an animal in my life yet charged me for a carpet cleaning for a carpet that was dirty when I moved in “because of pet damages.” Then try to tell me it was “because of a stain that was left.” Reason kept changing. Have actual pictures of said carpet before we moved in and after but they don't care. Just wanted some honesty. Lived here for about a year and a half now. I've never missed a rent payment until today. I knew it was going to be a couple days late because of some troubles so I called multiple times and said something to let them know it would be paid in full on Friday (today). I came home today to find an eviction notice giving until Tuesday to be gone. It's humiliating to get that. I've never had a complaint about me that I am aware of. It's really sad because it's nice in the unit I have. I love it here even if it can be hard to find a spot to park at night
