The Townhomes at Factory Square

They duct taped my railing, we have mold, four different managers in less then a year. They have been bought 2 different times.

Making this comment about the playground. I saw this when they were building it and it looked so wonderful... What happened? Trash everywhere.. broken gate, broken trash can and writing all over the equipment. The mulch seems like it's a foot lower than what it should be and all the equipment is up to high. This place just looks like no one is maintaining it or cleaning it.

This place is kept well, family oriented. Staff was understanding helpful and professional. I found a little diagram of old war planes just before four fighter jets screamed by overhead; headed towards Harrisburg coming from Chambersburg/Baltimore area. I went and looked outside it looked as though they were F-16C or F-20.

Loud disrespectful neighbors and they don't maintain the property. Our toilet hasn't been able to be used for 2 months now and we had to unclog our own sink because they left it like that for weeks

Nice homes affordable from what I hear, i don't live there, could use help with enforcement of rules
