If you want the most incompetant listing agent possible, then Wendy Jo Stone is your gal. Did you know she’s sold 2 properties (one being just land) in the past 3 years, what a superstar. Check out her FB page- I’d be embarrassed to have such trashy work photo of myself up. Our agent had a lot of questions about a property we were interested in. Not only did Wendy Jo do nothing but twiddle her thumbs, she did not comprehend anything about the situation. She never went in person and spoke with the sellers, nor did she ever answer any of our questions. It’s no wonder she “sells” at the pace she does.
