Don was a fantastic landlord. He's very on top of fixing any pluming, electrical, ect. problems. Other than that, I only saw him when I stopped by the office to pay rent. Though, I no longer rent, I still hand out his business card to anybody I know that's looking for a place.

I’ve been renting from Don Deihl since 2013. We were coming out of a difficult situation, working our way back onto our feet and he gave us a chance. He has worked with my family every step of the way. He is very attentive to any maintenance issues that have come up. I’ve referred people to him and I will again. We are currently in our 2nd unit with him. I don’t think you could find a better landlord.

I've been a tenant of his for the past 5 1/2 years and I have zero complaints. I'm very happy and if I had to move again I can only hope the next landlord would be as attentive and amiable as Don.

Called this company inquiring about rentals with pets. Spoke with Donald himself who asked what kind of dogs I had and I informed him that I had American Pit Bill Terriers. His tone changed and became VERY discriminatory and started brashly informing me that he want's nothing to do with them and that he has dealt with attacks in the past. I informed him that I carried $100,000 in liability insurance and he told me he didn't care and HUNG UP! Extremely inappropriate and discrimination is ILLEGAL.

We have been renters for almost 9 years and he is great. Anytime we need anything he gets it done.
