Overall, a great experience. From listing to closing, everything went smoothly. Olivia Richichi was wonderful as she was engaged and enthusiastic about helping us to sell our parents' condo. Olivia communicated well with us at every stage and returned calls and texts quickly. Once the home was sold, working with Karen Agar, the team's Transaction Coordinator made everything that needed to be completed for closing as easy as the process could be. Again, great communication, answered questions, and guided us through the process well.
