SummerBridge at RockLedge

I moved into my apartment in May 2016. The entire staff was so welcoming and helpful. June 2019 I wanted a smaller apartment with an attached garage. They found one for me and made the transfer paperwork hassle free. I couldn't be happier. I am a "mature" widow and love it here. So many different age groups and family sizes. A wonderful park area with play ground, dog runs (for large and small), picnic tables with bbq grills and a paved walking path. I have had no major issues with the apartment but when I call with a maintenance issue it has been addressed within a couple of hours. And there is always a follow-up call to make sure everything was done. My only complaint is snow removal is not up to par. I would recommend to anyone looking. (ps. My electric bill has not gone ov

I have three family members living there in separate units. Management is extremely responsive to repair requests, problems with appliances, or general issues. They bend over backwards to help senior and or disabled residents. Very friendly, helpful and professional property management staff. Due to solar electric/heat bills are next to nothing. Modern design with excellent amenities: pool, fitness center, community room available for functions, and lovely walking paths.

We have been in this development for several years and love it. Safe. The solar units are fantastic for savings, pets are welcome. No noise issues for us ever. Can't wait till all the development is done with dog park, playground, picnic areas and walking trails.

This complex is great. The amenities and clubhouse have great hours. It is very affordable too since solar panels are used. The apartments are all new and up to date, always clean and beautiful. The staff is beyond helpful and welcoming to whatever anyone needs. They even go out of their way to host events at the pool such as pool parties and holiday events, and different events such as a MaryKay makeup party. The woman Brittney in the office goes out of her way to help when needed. Awesome place!!!

Beautiful apartment with excellent management. Colby, the property manager, has been so helpful each step of the way. This the only community I've ever lived where they gave new tenants a welcome basket. What a sweet touch! Thank you for providing such a great stay here, Summerbridge!
