Do NOT move here! My deep concerns and disappointment regarding my recent interactions with Courtney, the Property Manager at The Townes of Mill Run. Her conduct has been consistently unprofessional, disrespectful, and dismissive — behavior that I find completely unacceptable from someone in her position of responsibility and representation of your company. I attempted to discuss a serious matter concerning possible mold in my unit on Friday, Courtney abruptly walked away from me mid-conversation. This not only demonstrated a blatant lack of courtesy but a complete disregard for the health and safety concerns I was raising. When I followed up on the issue, she advised me to contact my renter’s insurance for what is clearly negligence on the part of property management. She further stated

My experience with this place has been absolutely terrible and a complete waste of time. Me and my boyfriend are currently looking for a new place to call home. We found this place online and felt it would be a great place to start, we schedule our tour and hope for the best. On the day of our tour, we are told that there is NOTHING available to look at, so I decided to take the “L” and move on. Maybe a couple weeks later I get a text message asking if we were still looking, I replied saying “yes, but you do not have anything available to tour”. I didn’t get a response so I let it go. Looking for lease and submitted info on their website, asked chat for a call, received no call, called them myself, to be answered on speaker phone by someone yelling into the echo chamber before promptly hanging up the phone on me as if it were too damn inconvenient to place a qualified potential tenant! Very off putting to say the least. Think I'll look elsewhere now... EDIT: Had someone reached out to me or been available I would have. My experience with town Mill run is horrible. I put in for a price lot which I got the price lot for a property that said it was available. I paid my application fee for them to tell me now that it is unavailable the property which is unfair to me they’re saying that they can’t give me my money back or anything which makes no sense because I filled out the application under False pretense saying that the property would be available. I talked to them today and now the property is not gonna be available on the 22nd like we stated the reason why I applied and gave you my security deposit so my thing is that they should buy by the contract that was already set for, but they’re saying because I apply for that Pacific property and is unavailable due to their mistake. Toured the Townes at Mill Run and I really enjoyed the tour and experience. The staff were really nice and they made me feel like this was a place I want to call home. I toured with Ms.Kelly and she was excellent. She was very patient with me while answering all the questions I had about renting and qualifying. Thank you all for the wonderful tour and hope to call this home soon.
