Holli Albertson is by far the best real estate agent I've ever encountered. I didn't hesitate to reach out to her after she helped my mother find her forever home. Lance knows our market and was spot on regarding different aspects throughout the process of selling our home. He keeps current on trends and discussed various details of what he had read from research articles. When we received offers, Lance was also a good negotiator with potential buyer's agents, helping us get the best sales price for our house. After selling our house, we had mistakenly loaded our vacuum and did not have access to do a final quick cleaning for the buyers. But Lance called his team and they were at the house within 30 minutes to help clean. Lastly, by the time this was over, my wife and I both felt we had made a new friend. I had the pleasure of co-oping with Lance on a transaction that took much longer than expected to reach the closing table — we had multiple extensions and plenty of hurdles along the way.
