If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. iBuy KC should be the standard for their service and support. Keaton was empathetic and very professional during one of the most difficult transitions. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and concerns. In the end, the finished product of the rehab was amazing! Although, the rehab process took longer than anticipated due to weather, it was well worth the wait. Thank you iBuy KC and a special thank you to Keaton.

Jared and Josh really helped us with the sale of my Parents' home after their deaths. The process was smooth and completely above board. We received a fair offer that worked for our situation. She was very kind and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and alleviating every concern. She was a great go-between with myself and the title company, assisting me with anything that she could. iBuyKC was also very accommodating. They worked with my schedule and all of my personal needs. It was quite a good experience! I was able to see and read through the Settlement agreement ahead of the actual signing, which gave me a great sense of relief to know that what I had originally been quoted, was now in writing. We had contacted Jarred about buying my mom’s house a little over a month go. Although he was unable to buy the property at a price we were needing, he has continued to work at finding others that might be able to meet our price range. He has also given us some insights into options that might be helpful. He has done this without any financial benefit from us, just out of kindness, generosity of spirit and good character.
