Worst experience I have EVER had. Employees were nice however, title was incorrect making our neighbors the owners of our house and land. We are selling our house and land now and a correction deed needed to be done. They didn't notarize it and it was sent back. Stewart Title didn't realize and were going to proceed with the sale of our neighbors house and land included with ours! I realized the mistake, thank goodness! This process has taken over double the amount of time it should with little to no communication from Stewart Title. Still haven't closed, our buyer is upset, we are upset, agents are upset and I seriously don't know how the titling agent still has a job there. I urge you to go to ANY other title company.
