My family and I toured this community and was blown away! They just go above and beyond on all areas! The Novel Place in Blue Springs is the place to call home!

Novel Place Blue Springs is such a great place to live. It’s so pretty inside and the whole community is super clean and well taken care of. I also like that Price Chopper is next door. That alone makes life easier. The food is really good, the housekeepers work really hard, and maintenance is always on top of things. The dog park is nice too. Some neighbors who don’t even have dogs like to watch them play. The people here are so friendly and neighborly, and management is amazing. They really make you feel like everything’s handled so you can just enjoy without stressing about anything. I really love the holiday events too. They do great brunches and dinners for things like Mother’s Day and Easter for families. Also, there’s always fun entertainment and activities and trips which

We love Novel Place in Blue Springs, MO! Moving a loved one from the home they have lived in for over 30 years is not an easy decision. We are so happy that we chose Novel Place for mom. The staff is extremely friendly. They have called mom by name since day one and means a lot to her. The apartments are beautiful with lots of natural light and very well maintained. We also love how friendly all of the residents are. I’ve never been to a place like this. Everyone seems so happy to be there, and friendships are being made. There are plenty of fun activities and delicious meals.

I have moved many clients into Novel Place in Blue Springs. The apartments are fresh and bright for each new resident. I have participated in several of the daily activities they have for the residents. Happy Hour is one of my favorites. I love being a part of their events and celebrations.

The Novel Place is a Beautiful place to live. Samantha brings Sunshine with her Smile! We’ve moved to our new home, but Iv got to say we do miss The Novel Place. Miss the enter action with the residents, as well as the friendly staff. If anyone has the opportunity to move into The Novel Place, you will love it! Definitely a 5 Star place to live.
