Any maintenance requests or concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently, making our work environment not just comfortable, but also productive. They go the extra mile in maintaining the building's common areas, fostering a sense of community among tenants, and being proactive in communication. It’s clear they genuinely care about the property and the people who work and reside here!

In my third year living at a Bliss property and its been the best renting experience I've had by far. The quality of the building and the upkeep is second to none. Anytime there is a repair or maintenance needed it is done same day. Never had any issues with the property managers and they are extremely friendly and kind. Highly recommend renting with Bliss a true family owned and operated company that cares.

Bliss is a great company to work with and rent from. Our business, Accura Audiology, has been at The Tennyson for about 2.5 years now. The building is great and Paul, Michael, Bonnie and the entire staff at Bliss are responsive and wonderful to work with. The Bliss team helped construct a beautiful medical office for us.

Well into my 2nd year here at the Tennyson and absolutely love it! The property manager, Michael Bliss, is always super friendly, responsive and keeps us informed as needed. Definitely one of the BEST experiences I’ve had in apartment style living! Highly recommend!
