The Stott

We lived at the Stott for one calender year. September 2024 to September 2025. We had a River facing 28th floor, 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. We used the Metropolis (owned by Broderick) parking structure at Woodward and State St. The gym is functional if you want a quick workout before your regular gym opens or just want to get a few steps in on the tread-mill. The basement bike storage is great, spacious and has manual air pumps and basic tools to do basic maintenance. There is also an air compressor in the parking structure to make it easier if the need arises. The security of the building is outstanding. The apartments are amazing. Jordan and the Bedrock team are great as well. No service issues in 2.5 years. Couldn't recommend a better place to live in Detroit.

Very beautiful building with great views. Staff was always friendly and helpful! No issues inside the apartment for the entire time I lived there.
