It's alright good staff but people living here don't follow rules, don't pick up after there dogs after maintenance went out way to make a place for them. On top of so much traffic coming in and out. Parking is crazy people park here not even living here guess from other unit NOT A QUIET place..

I was under the impression everything was settled, even agreed to the $150 clean-out fee for items left behind. But it turns out the cash I paid for the previous month seems to have disappeared into thin air. Now, that unpaid rent has been added to my final move-out bill. This is a warning that this discrepancy needs immediate resolution. I have receipts proving I paid rent, and the unprofessional behavior is unnecessary. We were good tenants who contributed positively to the community. Simply put, don't mishandle the money paid. While I was willing to handle other move-out matters, deceit is unacceptable. If this isn't rectified, further action will be taken. A poor reputation could have consequences, even on someone's music career. Do the right thing.

Newly remolded very quiet and comfortable place. Staff is amazing.

This is a slum ! It has black mould and bedbugs . And when you give a 30 day notice to move he serves you an eviction so he can get more of your money . Place should be condemned.
