The Southerly at St. Augustine

We truly love living here! From the moment we moved in, the entire team has made us feel right at home. Matthew, Ivana, Amber, and Courtney have all been absolutely amazing to me and my family , always friendly, caring, and ready to help. Anytime there’s a small maintenance issue, it’s handled quickly and with a smile. We also love enjoying all the beautiful amenities the pool and outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxing, the clubhouse and business office are always so clean and welcoming, and my husband really enjoys the gym (it always smells fresh and well cared for!). It’s clear the staff take great pride in keeping this community a wonderful place to live. We’re so grateful to be part of it and truly couldn’t be happier to call this our home! 💛✨

We absolutely loved living at The Southerly! Amber and Ivana made our move from Texas so easy and stress-free. They were always friendly, quick to help, and even gave great local recommendations. Stephen from maintenance is great, requests were always handled fast and professionally. We transferred from a two-bedroom to a one-bedroom, and that process was just as smooth. The Southerly is a quiet, pet-friendly community with great resident events and a fun rotation of food trucks. Highly recommend The Southerly to anyone looking for apartments in St. Augustine.

This place is absolutely amazing. Amber and the entire staff have been nothing but friendly professional and go above and beyond for any needs that I have had since I have lived here. I was one of the first 10 people to rent here and this place is gorgeous from the countertops to the amenities to the washer and dryer to the coffee station. The place is beautiful. I love coming home to this place the security of it the safety of it and every situation that I’ve had since I’ve been here the staff of jumped right on it. This place is amazing. I love it. You will not regret your decision to come here.

I love living here! Since moving in I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the residents and staff. The amenities are great and the apartment complex is very nice and is well taken care of 10/10

This review is based off of their pet screening system the apartment uses to qualify your animal as a service dog. The system is all online, automated and has no phone number to contact anyone. They’re asking and requiring me things that no other apartment has ever asked in the past I will be going down to the office to speak to them directly about this issue.
