We really enjoyed living here and would have happily stayed if we hadn’t needed to relocate out of state. The apartment itself was very spacious and had a beautiful view. Our AC worked perfectly. Maintenance requests were always handled in time. The management team was always understanding and helpful. I do recommend this place!

This is an amazing apartments, we are so happy leaving here. The managers are so nice and friendly, Keren she is so sweet. The pool is amazing super huge and beautiful 😍 they have a dog park for your doggies... im very happy leaving in this place ❤️

The Southbrook Apartments truly deserve a 5-star rating! Every time I visit my dad there, I'm consistently impressed by the exceptional quality and care that goes into maintaining the property. The apartments are pretty, modern, and beautifully designed, making it a comfortable and welcoming place to call home. I also love the pool table and the pool. Visiting my dad at The Southbrook Apartments is always a pleasure, thanks to the superb living conditions and warm, community-oriented environment. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone seeking a top-notch place to live!

I highly recommend this location. Anthony Bowen exceeded my expectations; he was very friendly, professional, and answered all my questions promptly. The place is well-maintained and clean. The pool area is stunning, and the gym offers a great view of the pool. The leasing office staff is welcoming and always ready to assist, including the maintenance workers. Whenever I walk my dog, I see them smiling, which adds to the positive atmosphere. I'm thrilled to be part of this fantastic community!" 🌟🏡👍

Honestly, the WORST complex I have ever rented from. When I first moved in on my move in day there were bugs ALL over my apartment, not to mention it had not been cleaned at all! Hand prints and dirt covered the windows, mirrors and counters. The apartments look nothing like what is shown or listed. Maintenance truly did not care or come through when needed. My AC went out at least 5 times last summer and a handful before I left and they did nothing to fix it. Mold in my AC unit when it did work, packages went missing, trash was left all over the property. The only reason I didn’t give it one star is because the front office people are truly so sweet.
