The Social is easily one of the best student spots in town! The atmosphere is always lively, and the management goes above and beyond to organize events that actually make it feel like a community. If you want a place where it's easy to meet people and still have a great space to study, this is it.

Roach infested apartments with high rent and no communication what so ever. The office never reaches out after being called multiple times. As well as staff members are immature unreliable other then jeff Chloe and the maintenance team. the two gentlemen who are up front usually on their phones not paying any attention as well as smelled of alcohol very strongly. Will not rent or refer this property to anyone.

Chloe Bruce was our tour guide and she was so bubbly and helpful! She answered all our questions and we enjoyed having her as our guide.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. This was by far the worst living experience I’ve ever had. I stayed at The Social Tampa for two years, and it was nothing but problems from day one. When I first moved in, the place was infested with roaches. I’m not exaggerating — they were everywhere. I spent the first two months fighting for my life trying to get rid of them, and it took endless cleaning and pest control visits just to make it livable. Then, while I was out of town, the apartment above mine had a pipe burst, flooding my bathroom, bedroom, and part of the main room. I didn’t even hear it from the office — I found out through my roommate. When I came back, water was soaked through the carpet — every step made a squishing sound. The “solution”? I wish I could post 0 stars. This is absolutely the worst student apartment to stay in. There are plenty of better options near USF with better rates. Please be aware of hidden fees. You will have an overage fee for utilities every month even if you are not at the apartment for a month. When they say stuff is included in the rent, it is not! The only way they let you out of the lease is if you sublet it which says a lot because they only want to keep the apartments filled. It also means they are lazy and don’t have to clean the apartment because if they sublet it, you take it as is, so the unit never gets cleaned.
