Absolutely the worst place I've ever lived! You can hear everything from anyone next to you or above you. The train tracks are right there & the train comes through all hours of the night blaring on the horn. The maintenance guys just come in randomly even when you're there & didn't request any maintenance. Oh & there are cockroaches everywhere even though they claim there's a guy who sprays & you're paying to the pesticide service.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!! Apartments are poorly upkept and dirty. The ceiling above my bathroom fell in due to a leak and I had to clean up the mess that was left. Also, they will nickel and dime you to death upon move out with their "cleaning fees" which are absolutely atrotious, even if the apartment is as clean as it was upon arrival (which was still shabby). Very dissapointed for the price and quality. There are way nicer apartment complexes around stephenville at compareable pricepoints. It was a HUGE mistake spending money here.

The maintenance men are rude and never get things fixed, sometimes it takes them weeks. Old apartments and expensive for the quality. Other than that the office staff are MOSTLY kind.
