Rented through Stephenville Rents from April 2024, until July 2024. Didn’t get to live there long because my studio apartment burned down due to electrical problems in the building (second floor of a two story shed converted to a studio no more than 400sq ft). The day the unit burned down, I received one missed phone call from the leasing office and no voicemail. Three days later, I called back to speak with them about next steps, had some questions regarding my rent and where I would be staying as I lost everything except the clothes on my back. The first thing said to me was “well we tried to reach out to you the day it happened and you didn’t answer. We don’t normally deal with this kinda thing so we’ll have to get back with you since everyone is on lunch and I don’t know what to tell

Stephenville rents is great!! I went in last week and Caitlin gave me a tour. She was very insightful and answered all of my questions. This place is a great deal for all that’s included!

I lived here for a year, and I had a wonderful experience! The staff are very responsive and wonderful people. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests and have fun activities throughout the year for their tenants. The townhouse was very clean and always very functional. I would recommend Stephenville Rents to anyone. I was so blessed to be living there and to have their townhomes available to me. They are truly a blessing!

The best leasing company! I was in a 1 bed/1 bath townhome of theirs for a year. Due to family, I had to relocate from the area; however, if I could have stayed, I would have! The staff is extremely warm, kind, and friendly. They are honest and straightforward regarding pricing, the leasing process, etc.. My unit was in top condition when I moved in, and any maintenance concerns I had were clarified through the portal and addressed by staff immediately! Any emails I sent were responded to promptly and clearly. I cannot say enough good things about Stephenville Rents, I highly recommend them!
