Alps Stephenville

After having some issues at my old apartment, The Alps got me moved in so easily and were so kind along the way. Everything is in great condition and the amenities are amazing. And Beth made the move so easy!! Plus it’s away from all the college traffic and near all the restaurants and stores. If you are looking for an apartment in Stephenville I highly recommend The Alps!!

Beth was super friendly and easy to work with! Answered all of my questions in a timely manner, and application process was smooth, these apartments are clean and new, and is the perfect size for me and another roomate!

I recently found this place and moved in within a short time. I like the 1 x 1 units they have. Its just right for an individual. Everything is clean and fresh. Plus your on the side of town where all the food and shopping is so distance to what you need is real short to get to. You can even walk to a really good restaurant, and the movie theater within a plaza!

Absolutely warm and professional staff answering my questions with ease and making the application process easy and even knocking off half of my deposit if I moved in a little sooner than anticipated.

I recently got accepted into Tarleton as a transfer student and the Alps is the perfect apartment for me! The apartments are very nice and everyone that works there is super helpful! It was easy and not stressful at all applying for the apartment. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable apartment the Alps is the place to go!
