Malena was very helpful and friendly. Answered all our questions and concerns. Made us feel very welcome when we entered and was transparent. 10 out of 10 best experience with leasing.

The parking is awful. Friends/ boyfriend that do not live here would like to come visit me and will get towed when there is absolutely barely any parking for them to park. $300 for a towing bill is insane. We pay $800 plus rent here we should be allowed to have guest over and not be WORRIED about their vehicle being towed.

We got an amazing tour and fabulous help throughout the entire apartment search and lease process.

As a first-time apartment renter, I had a lot of questions, and they’ve been patient, informative, and always quick to respond. Any time I’ve needed an update or had a concern, they’ve gotten back to me right away and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Their professionalism and friendly attitude have made this experience so much easier and more enjoyable. I’m so excited to live here and feel confident knowing I’ll be taken care of.
