Riverwalk

New ownership is amazing and actually fixes things! they have cleaned up the apartments a ton. Cannot beat it for the price. Hannah in the office is fantastic and very responsive. It seems like there are contruction crews onsite every day making improvements.

Could it be better? Maybe. I wouldn’t give it 5 stars normally, but I’ve been there when I’m like nope! Too many people not enough equipment. Good for them though! I’m here because even though I don’t normally want to alert everyone that’s there’s a decent laundry facility (I’m selfish like that ~ ew people ~) They deserve props because I got separated from my priceless DV hoodie and my $50 work sweater. I returned this morning and it was there! Thank you Riverwalk! Thank you!

I never imagined feeling at home within an apartment complex. Lots of thoughtful and generous people make up Riverwalk community. Toni, our Riverwalk community manager has a big heart for helping others. My growing family and I have lived here since 2019 and have since made it our home thanks to the efforts of Toni. Our community has lots of children, generally pretty safe and friendly, and often activities of every sort for residents and their families. Toni and Ms. Mary have always been very kind and understanding. They truly make it delightful living here. Of course, this isn’t like all places, the most perfect place to live, however given I have high standards I would easily recommend this area to anyone. Thank you Riverwalk for making this such a special place to live.

I have lived at the Riverwalk Townhomes for 17 years… hard to believe it’s been that long! I love it here! They now have new owners… Apex Asset Mgmt. I have had 2 work orders turned in since the change, and both times they emailed me to let me know the status and when exactly that the work is scheduled to be done! It’s a great little community! I look forward to seeing whatever changes may come!

I lived here for a year and during the process of application and living, the staff was nothing but amazing. They responded quick and made sure to make every interaction authentic. I appreciate the people at Riverwalk and the sincerity that they put into their work.
