Overall fairly good, only issues have been wobbly stairs outside, some cabinets don’t close properly/open and close on their own (creepy), and the water heater deciding mid shower it’s going to kick into full heat mode. Other than that we have absolutely no roaches, rent is reasonable, no leaks of any sort, dishwasher works wonderfully, easy to clean steel sinks, plenty of bathroom sink space and lots of storage space considering it’s a one bed room with two closets, the bathroom has 4 cabinets and a little mirror vanity space, door locks with 3 locks seems secure, electric price hasn’t been through the roof so seems well insulated or it’s just small, no Wi-Fi, water, or electric, outages for no reason (all paid) like I experienced at other apartments in the past.

"INDIO" (property management for The Columns/The Sophie/The Sebastian/The Sullivan/The Shea) = egregious slumlord. The horror stories on the review wall for any one of these properties speaks for itself. But my experience with them was that they stole my $200 security deposit for a place I actually never even set foot in. I told them I needed to see the actual unit itself before signing a lease on it. They said that they would hold the unit until the unit was open and cleaned out, which they estimated would be on the 17th of the month. When I followed up on the 20th Keagan said the unit is being repaired. 25th comes around and he was unresponsive to my inquires. Finally gets back to me telling me it's still not done. The 28th comes around and I now have 2 days left to be out of my house

We lived here (Auburn Place, but all of their properties share the same office) for about a year, the toilet was cracked and repaired with caulk, we paid extra for washer dryer connections that were broken and ended up having to fix them ourselves because they refused and insisted we use their laundry facilities. The dryer vent had a birds nest in it, they also refused to fix that. We ruined our vacuum cleaner removing debris from the dryer vent. The cabinets were rotting, and the pipes under the sink fell out, which I also repaired. The cabinets in the bathroom were repaired with scotch tape. Every part of the townhome creaked, and they didn’t clean the carpets before we moved in, so it always smelled like the previous tenant’s dogs.
