I usually don't write reviews; however, I feel it's important to highlight such a great community as well as showcase the leasing office and maintenance crew here at The Sarah. Any time I ever needed assistance, it was always handled promptly and beyond my expectations. I would also like to shout out the amazing Vanessa for always going above and beyond to ensure my stay here is nothing less than pleasant. It's those intricate qualities that keep people like me proud to call this place home. Keep up the great work team!

I absolutely love this apartment community! The townhome-style layout makes it feel unique and not like a typical apartment. The leasing office and maintenance teams are extremely responsive, helpful, and thorough—Vanessa truly goes above and beyond. The pool, gym, and community events are all fantastic, and I’ve even referred several friends to move here. This has been a wonderful place to call home!

I LOVE this apartment community. It’s townhome style, so it’s not your “typical apartment“ feel. I have lived in many apartment communities, and this one is truly the most outstanding one. The leasing office staff and maintenance team are extremely thorough, prompt, and helpful in all correspondence. Haley and Vanessa both go above and beyond for their residents. Both of them have worked here for a while as well, which speaks volumes about the management company and retaining their employees. The pool is great, the workout facility is great, the community events they do are super fun and festive; we always enjoy going to them! I just moved into this apartment complex recently, and I’m already so impressed! They had a petting zoo right outside my door it was such an unexpected and amazing surprise! It turned into a super fun day where I got to meet a bunch of my neighbors and spend time together. 🐐🐰 All of the staff were so friendly and helpful, making sure everyone felt welcome and included. You can really tell they care about creating a sense of community here. Such a great start to living here can’t wait to see what’s next!
