The Sails

The Sails is by far the most well ran apartment community I have ever lived in! Sheddrick made the process extremely easy, was very professional in the way he conducted himself and his team, he immediately made us feel at home. The maintenance man is always super friendly, and is always quick whenever we submit a work order and the property always looks clean. Overall 10/10

I submitted an application for housing at this property and met the published rental qualifications, including income exceeding the required multiple of the monthly rent, stable employment, acceptable rental history, and a current housing payment at an equivalent rental amount. I have no history of late rental payments. The application was denied based on credit score criteria. My credit score was 37 points below the stated threshold, which appears to be a non-negotiable cutoff irrespective of other qualifying factors. While the denial itself is understood, the process was disappointing. I’m in love with my new apartment at The Sails. Shedderick was very helpful throughout my process, answered any questions throughly and made sure I had everything I needed for a proper move in day. The interior is in impeccable condition; I came in to do self clean and honestly there wasn’t a spec of dirt in sight. I cannot wait to make this space a real home.

My wife and I have loved living at the Sails! Sheddrick, the property manager, has been the best property manager we have ever worked with! Great place, clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, and most importantly quiet and safe.

The Sails is a great place to live as it is very clean, quiet, and spacious. Sheddrick made everything 100x easier and was very nice to us. He listened and answered all of our questions and made the process quick and easy.
