Being in the real estate industry, my wife works with a lot of builders. In the past, I usually handled subcontracting most of our projects. The building business has changed a lot over the years and most of my contacts no longer work in the industry. In working with subs or a builder, I have very high expectations and the quality/attention to detail portion of the build is very important to me. I met Joey Shepard through another business that he was involved in. After interacting with him for about an hour, I felt strongly that he was the right person to work with in building our new home. Joey, Mike, and Nikki are wonderful at their job. Their construction crew work very efficiently and their work is beautiful, I highly recommend Shepherd homes being your builders. Took exactly 8 months from start to finish; minor delays due to plumbing and painters issues but Shepherd homes remedy the situation before it became an issue for me. You guys are awesome my kids and I are grateful for everything you done for us.

My wife and I consider Joey, Mike, Nikki and Tanisha to be friends, they're like family now because that's how they made us feel. These guys know exactly what they're doing. We had a challenging lot for them to build on and everything came out wonderful! Their crews were all very professional and did an excellent job. We shopped around before making our decision as this was our retirement dream home. No one else gave us such a good feeling as Joey Shepard did through all the initial meetings and conversations prior to signing the agreement. If someone is given me a choice of which home builders to pick from, I would totally picked Joey (Shepard Homes) over and over again! Truly a great , outstanding builder to work with along with his phenomenal team. I can’t brag enough on how much Nikki and his team had helped us during this building. But for most, I want to give a shout out to Ms. Nikki for being the BEST , accountable person ever . LITERALLY Only one call away and she gets the work done. Super friendly people in general and always there to guide us step by step. As for the builder, himself ; We will always recommend Joey ( Shepard Homes) to anyone who is looking forward to built their dream home! We did not regret this decision and we are loving our home!
