So far my experience with Elliott has been great. From finding the right lot, the home that fits our needs and wants, weekly updates on the build, and important accommodations that Elliott was able to grant. I’m looking forward to the finished product and the promised services during the warranty period 😊. We are building at the Enclave at Palmetto Pointe and Dawn Agar has been an important asset in creating our dream home.
Really nice cookie cutter houses. Too much traffic for my liking but there are more houses being built right now so that would account for some of it. Yards are on the smaller side and the houses are close together. But it is nice.
This is a great neighborhood in east Ocean Springs. They still have available lots and new homes there to sell. Not a large neighborhood which I prefer. Great sales team too. Jeremy Odom is on it!
God bless the Enclave, damn those Brotherhood of Steel dogs.
