Shoreline Realty is the best property management company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service and professionalism is second to none. They are always so kind and quick to respond to any question or need. I highly recommend them.

Shoreline is a great company. They are fantastic with all property management needs and are great in all forms of communication.

Unfortunately we did not have a great experience with this company as renters. Our lease ended May 31, 2025. We left the property in rent ready condition (the property was on the website as ready immediately 3 days after we moved out). However, we had $400 of deductions from our security deposit. Our lease stated if we left the property in rent ready condition all efforts would be made to return our full deposit. We waited 42 days to receive our check (our lease said 45, so they held up their end of the deal). However, we did not get any communication from the company that was not initiated by us within those 42 days and often did not get answers to the questions or did not receive a follow-up as promised. We also did not receive any receipts for the services done to the property even tho

Rented for 1yr. Never late on a payment. Met all lease requirements upon move out. Horrible costumer service (sadly from the owner DK so nothing will change this). Wouldn’t provide legitimate receipts for $400 taken out of security deposit and the property went up for rent the very next day after move out inspection (have picture proof of this) so when we asked for receipts we were ignored. I’m a God fearing woman so won’t get emotional about this review just giving the facts. “You reap what you sow.” I would not recommend this company to anyone. I count the $400 they took from me as a payment of peace of mind to finally have this chapter closed … that’s a win in my book.

Beth and Darin are knowledgeable, responsive, and really care about finding the right tenant. Highly recommend!
