He bid on an appraisal on a small commercial property with an agreed upon completion of 21 days. It took constant complaining from all parties involved to finally get him to complete it, 28 days late. His prices were very high compared to market, and then comes in a month late. I would avoid his services.
The were professional polite and did a great job .
Very disappointed in their results and lack of customer service
