Buying a home is supposed to be a very happy experience however, my experience with Linda was very stressful and frustrating. The amount of errors on the paperwork was frustrating. From incorrect phone numbers, misspelled words, to be given three different amounts of cash required to close the day before closing. And when I brought them up I was told "you have to sign them for the process to move forward". I'm uncomfortable signing forms that are incorrect. Linda ignored several questions that I had. I felt like she didn't really want to work hard for her paycheck, she just wanted the deal to close. She wasn't straight forward with what an appraisal entails these days which almost destroyed the deal. She even said she "knew a guy that would take cash under the table to sign off" on

Linda has been very pleasant to work with through the entire process. She is thorough, diligent, and professional. Something extra that I liked that she was complimentary about the home that I chose and was supportive of my decisions, making recommendations for many services and methods.

Extremely dissatisfied with my experience with PrimeLending. My home buying process was nothing short of frustrating and full of errors. The prepared documents frequently had spelling errors and incorrect data. Linda was dismissive about my discomfort about signing legal documents with my name spelled incorrectly. Communication and follow through was poor on the lenders end, causing delay in closing. As buyers, my partner and I completed all tasks and provided the requested documentation promptly. Now a month AFTER closing, additional employment information is being requested. My lender and real estate agent both did not attend closing. I found this entire process unprofessional and disorganized and would not recommend this lending company or agent to future buyers.

They walked me through the process step by step and got everything ready for closing in a timely manner.
