If you’re looking for a mortgage, please do not pass up on LoanDepot. Rick and his team are an amazing bunch! I was working with a different lender and they didn’t have any down payment assistance and would cause trouble on the loan. I was getting tired of it so I researched some local lenders in the area and I heard Rick was an amazing Branch Manager so I put the application in and now I own a home after a month of working with them. Kara Landers (Loan Processor) is an amazing loan processor. She answered every single questions for me even if I was being annoying haha. Rick and his team was our superheroes at Loan Depot LLC. They detailed exactly what was needed and throughout the entire loan process, updated us every step of the way, communicated any changes or needs as soon as they were made aware. Worked fast and efficiently to get us to closing on time without delaying the purchase contract any further then the previous lender had. We was stuck dangling on a line with another lender for 2 months and after 2 purchase contract extensions then we switched to loan depot llc and they had us processed and to closing within 2 weeks! They swooped in and saved the day! It was a phenomenal experience.
