We had the pleasure of working with Tyler Elkins and his boss Eric Smith. I cannot begin to explain how easy and quick they made this process for us. After fighting tooth and nail with Rocket Mortgage since November of last year, we made the decision to switch over to Gateway at the end of February and we close on our house Monday April, 4. Everyone was thorough with us, and very very helpful. All questions were answered, and we were kept in the loop for the whole process. I can’t recommend Gateway enough.

I highly recommend Isaac Holstein if you're searching for a loan officer that sincerely works hard for you! We were buying out of state and became frustrated with lenders in the state we were moving to. It would take days to weeks to get information from other loan officers. We found Isaac through online reviews and it happened that within a few weeks he would be licensed for the state we were moving to. Based on his knowledge and willingness to work with us, we knew he'd be worth the wait and he didn't disappoint.
