Mallard Landing Luxury Apartments

We move into the Mallard Luxury Apartments, an HLW proprty, in April, 2025. Our quality of life was continuously enhanced with the property management. The premises is very well maintained and the clientele was exceptional. We made a ton of friends during our short stay here. At night, the complex is very peaceful and quiet. The company website is outstanding, and offers a painless payment portal. Above all, the property management team is very responsive to their tenants' needs. All one has to do is ask a Mallard resident for his or her feedback to understand the phenomenal quality this property provides. All of my neighbors truly love living here!

I lived there few years ago and wrote a review. Somehow it got erased. This place is way overpriced. I got car broken into living there. Cheaply built and can hear all your neighbors through the walls. Flat out liars when they tell you about all the amenities. The gym is a treadmill and few dumbbells. Garages are only a few available and are an added expense. Way better apartments in the area way cheaper. Wondering how it’s considered luxury apartments?

I have lived here for 3 months. It’s a great location, don’t have to drive far to go to a store. It comes with all appliances. All utilities are in months rent except for electric. Has a nice clean fitness room. I definitley recommend living here.

This is a very nice community. It is well maintained. They are very accommodating to their tenants. It is located very close to health care providers, a hospital and shopping. I will give them a big thumbs up!

What can u say about this place other then it is a great place to live. Every one here is so welcoming and the management is great it's nice to live in a place where they think about they're tenants
